See you in Vilnius
The WinS Conference will take place on 11–12 February 2026 in Vilnius, a beautiful and well-connected city.
On 13 February, after the conference closes, a guided cultural tour of the city is planned.
The Venue
Mykolas Romeris University will host the conference. Conveniently connected to the city center by public transport, the campus offers modern facilities, green spaces, and a welcoming environment for international visitors.

Online participation
For those who cannot attend in person, there is an option to join online the two online sessions that will take place on February 12.
Conference Registration Required,
Do not miss the Deadline
Registration for the conference is mandatory but free of charge. Participants may register as authors or attendants.
- Authors submit an abstract, deliver an oral presentation, and can contribute to the conference publications. The deadline to submit the abstract has been extended until 8 January 2026.
- Attendants join the sessions and discussions. The deadline to register for the conference is 26 January 2026.

WinS emerges as an initiative of the PSGENEQ research project, funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania.
It is organized by Mykolas Romeris University and the Association of Spanish Scientists in the Baltic Countries, with the support of the European Women Rectors Association (EWORA), the Embassy of Spain in Lithuania and the Ramón Areces Foundation.
