Everything Started Last Year

Last year’s event celebrating the International Day of Women and Girls in Science inspired the creation of the WinS Conference. That gathering brought together leading representatives and scientists, establishing the foundation for this new international initiative.

Shaping the Future of Science Together

A diverse, multidisciplinary team of scholars from institutions around the world supports this event, ensuring academic rigor, broad perspectives, and a strong foundation for meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Who Makes WinS Possible

WinS emerges as an initiative of the PSGENEQ research project, funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania.
It is organized by Mykolas Romeris University and the Association of Spanish Scientists in the Baltic Countries, with the support of the European Women Rectors Association (EWORA), the embassy of Spain in Lithuania and the Ramón Areces Foundation.
